First, we start with high-grade round stock steel, heat it to 450 degrees so that the leaf and vine texture can be hand forged at both ends, giving them their unique look and feel. Next, the Wine Vine is bent into it’s final shape, then it is tumbled and hand sanded to give it its special finish. Finally, a matte coating is baked on to ensure durability of the product.
And since every Wine Vine is hand made, there are no two Wine Vines alike!
